Stayed with family during first week of August 2014 (Off-Season). Nice environment for Stay, Warm Reception, Good Housekeeping, Cleanliness is well maintained. Quality of food is like our domestic product; though it is little costly. Thanks for the entire Catering Team. Hospitality is commendable. Stay is memorable.

We stayed in Palve Sugavasam on 30th November 2013. It was a large group of 110 Guests. We enjoyed staying at the Resort. Had a great evening Party with nearly 150 Guests present for Dinner accompanied by Music & Dance. The Staff were very co-operative and made great efforts to take care of the Guests. I appreciate Thambiraj, Shyam, Santhosh, Satish and others who made our stay in the Resort joyful. Food was good and so was the Service. Thank You Guys for all Your Support. We would definitely stay at Palve Sugavasam any time we go to Ooty.

I have visited this resort and it is a ideal location for a calm and peaceful getaway. Even a walk from this resort offers a great view of the Ooty city, the toy train, farms and a lot more. And the best part is the resort offers a valley view with a beautiful sunset. Step in here and have fun!!
We have stayed at the hotel for two days in December 2012, I'm very much impressed with the location. The hotel is situated in a very peaceful area away from the city noises. I particularly liked the scenic view around the hotel. I would suggest to prefer the right sided rooms as they have very close(very next to the balcony) view of Ooty tea plantations. I am impressed with the hospitality of the staff, they were very polite. I particularly liked the breakfast provided with the stay. it was delicious , particularly the chutneys and sambar provided were very tasty. on the whole I would say that it was an excellent experience
Had stayed in this hotel in Nov along with my wife, kids and parents in Nov 2011. A superb time to stay as most of the rooms were empty being an off season and we had a blast of a time. Rooms are pretty big and we had taken 2 rooms side by side with a connecting door in between. Hot water was present throughout and from the balcony we had a pleasant view of the tea garden. Simply exotic. Also , from the restaurant you could see the whole valley during the day time. My kids loved it.Room service was fast and food was good. Off seasons are good since they offered a good discount on the rooms. Covered most of the nearby places by hiring a car. Tip: dont buy chocolates from the tea factory, only buy the tea powder. Chocolates can be bought from the main market and they have a huge variety to offer. Simply Irresistible chocolates. Brought more than 2 kgs and it got over in 10 days. Room Tip: get a room facing the Tea Estate. Buy chocolates from the main market and tea from the Tea factory
